With over 55 acres of grounds, including 2500 feet of stunning Lake Champlain shoreline, you and your guests will be treated to spectacular panoramic mountain views, gorgeous Vermont sunsets, and an enchanting, timeless tranquility that only comes with our historic Vermont property.

Our 13 charming guest rooms, each with its own special details and features, comfortably accommodate up to 32 people overnight. Six of the rooms have private baths, and seven share three full bathrooms and one half bath.

Pricing

$1,500.00 per night for all 13 rooms or $900.00 for 6 rooms with private baths. (Rooms are subject to 9% Vermont state tax) Couples often choose to invite all their guests to a post-reception brunch which is a great way to see everyone off! (An Additional Staff Fee may apply, depending on the size of the group)

Host is responsible for collection of individual guest payments & for assignment of individual rooms. Rooming list is due two weeks prior with your final head count

Room 1:

King sized bed, day bed and private bath. A sunny corner room with beautiful pocket doors and the best views in the house. This room is typically used for our wedding couples, as well as for the bride and her bridal party to gather and get ready for the big day. Windows overlook the ceremony site, and excitement builds as guests arrive and take their seats!

Room 2:

Queen bed and private bath. Directly across from the bride’s room, this is a great place for the maid-of-honor or mother-of-the-bride to sleep and to use as extra dressing space. Also on a corner of the house with spectacular views.

Queen bed and private bath. Located further down the hall from the bridal suite, this is a beautiful room with charming details. Gorgeous views of the lake, and a lacey canopy over the queen bed add to the vintage appeal of this room.
