From the information I’ve received; the “B de B” Freestyle yo-yo, and the Brent Dellinger “SpinMaster” have both been designed by the National and World Champion, Bill De Boisblanc. Whereas the “SpinMaster” weighs in at a hefty 71.6 grams, the “B de B” is 13.5 grams lighter, at a very respectable weight of 58.1 grams. The “recessed” brass weight ring’s appear to be half the size as opposed to the one’s on the SM. The BdB Freestyle is definitely a “perfectly balanced”…lean, mean…spinning machine. I’ve not found anything I didn’t like about it. Even the color, which is sort of a “Burgundy/brown” opaque with “gold” accents, is quite tasteful and pleasing to the eye.
